Joelotto, this isn't just going to benefit him, there is hundreds of investors that are bought in, and not to mention the lender, as well as the acquisitions, which Imo probably only need the funding to get back up on their feet. Lets wait and see how this will turn out to be.. I think this is probably the best entry point, but if someone (like your self) isn't fully convinced, i would just wait on the side lines and see what the future holds..
