As part of the definitive agreement, which will be executed within the next ten days, Allie T. Mallad will become the sole director and chief executive officer of Green Bridge Industries, Inc. William White will remain with the company as the Vice President of the Green Bridge Institute, which is also owned by Green Bridge Industries, Inc.
Wowgreen International, LLC is the provider of safe, green household cleaners that are sold and distributed to consumers through a channel of independent distributors. At about 1:28 into the CC Allie says… I would to go over with you right now a very exciting time. I would like to go over a transitional event that has taken place over the last 30 days.

As you know we have been involved in serious negotiations by one of the top 20 network marketing company to join them and collaborate with them about the message that we created. But we listened to you and decided to stay independent and focus on our mission together. This was great advise and this decision to think bigger and faster in planning our course for years to come.

Email from Murph at EESO

EESO is still fully operational and we are conducting business. A variety of shareholders have stopped by and should be able to attest to that. I cannot comment on profitability until we find out how things turn out with Wow Green and the SEC. We are in the final stages of those issues and they should be resolved soon.

We were hoping to release a statement by year end, but our strategy has changed a little with the Wow Green/ Green Bridge deal. Regardless, we should be able to provide an update in early January.

I also want to make it perfectly clear that Wow Green Int. will never do anything to disrupt or compete with our distributors.


Green Bridge Industries will have a licensing agreement with Wow Green Int preventing it from competing with Wow Green Int distributors.

Therefore to set the record straight right off the bat, it is our full intention to sell off products that compete with our distributors.

As a matter of fact we are already in negotiations with another company to do so.

At about 10 min into the CC Allie says “ I just want to take a few minutes and re-cap where were going with this message and this mission. I’d also like to kind of bring some information to the forefront. I want to discuss something that’s happening to our Auto Dish. We are anticipating toward the later part of this week that our current generation of Auto Dish Detergent will be Out-Of-Stock. We are diligently working on unveiling our technological advanced 2nd generation of Auto Dish. And as you know Owen Stern has been very, very close to this situation. Working extremely hard. As a matter of fact I had to kick him out of the office late tonight because he wouldn’t go home and he wasn’t feeling very well. So Owen Stern has got a real good handle on this Auto Dish. And I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

At about 13:40 into the CC Allie Mallad spoke about GRBG and talks about the Deal is still on and will close in the next 7 days.

At around 15 minutes in the CC Allied talked about the Super Stain Pen rollout.

And at 18 minutes Allie said that Dave Deal and Rick Berndorff are no longer in their positions at Wow Green. But will be working down the hall.

EESO Progresses on Legal Issues and Moves Forward in 2010

FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - 01/29/10) - Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. (Pinksheets:EESO - News) is pleased to announce that they have resolved the legal dispute with Belmont Partners over the purchase price of their original shell for the company. The civil case filed by Belmont will be dismissed and there will be no future claims regarding the shell purchase. President Mark Murphy states, "While we did not agree with the claims of this suit regarding our original financial responsibilities in this matter, we are glad to resolve this issue and move on."
EESO continues to work on negotiations with the SEC regarding their complaint of failure to register certain shares that were sold in 2009. The attorneys from both parties are communicating frequently, have discussed a specific resolution and it is estimated that an agreement will be reached soon.
Legal negotiations are also continuing with Wow Green. The original contract that was signed by the two companies remains in effect. Wow Green has added another product line to their portfolio, which is allowed by the agreement. However, Wow Green will still be under contractual requirement to pay royalties on all products moved through the Wow Green multi-level marketing system, as outlined by the license agreement.
Business operations are continuing as normal at EESO. Product is being manufactured and shipped to existing customers. New customer development is progressing in Korea, South America and in the domestic US. Current plans are to resolve remaining legal issues and move forward to build the company's market share and increase its overall strength and stability.
EESO has also become involved in the relief effort in Haiti. CEO Jared Hochstedler escorted a orthopedic surgical team there last week and will be returning home this weekend. Murphy is leaving with another medical team today to relieve the first team. Hochstedler has family and friends involved in ministry in Port Au Prince and Murphy has been travelling to Haiti doing missions work for over 10 years.
