Look at when the PR pump started.
People have already made their 200% from a half a penny to the 2 cent level, but you have to keep the volume and buying hype level up in order to dump out a lot of paper at 2 or 3 cents that was bought at 1/2.




why would a 40 mil company have anything to do with a 'paper' co.?
