Not very smart, IMO.
I find it funny that Michaels won't answer the phone until Hop-On is no longer in default with the Nevada SOS office.
Also funny that a PR is rumored to come out monday, after Hop-On is no longer in default.
Here's a question for you...
Are the one-billion new shares not legitimate while the company is in default? Can they dump the new shares while the company is in default?
IMO, they've been holding off PRs until they are able to dump those new shares.
Someone should call the TA and inquire about the restrictions on any new stock.
