CDIV

Hi All,

Have been here for a couple of weeks and own some CDIV and EIGH (but not enough!). I've been somewhat reluctant to ask this question since this board is very much a social, friendly and polite place. So I feel as if I may be missing info that is already known to all of you. But maybe not.

I'm wondering if everyone has some predetermined sell point for any of these plays that Monk has mentioned? I know there are people who have held their shares from 1 or 2 cents and others on up the line.

For the late arrivals to the party like myself, how does one end up NOT being the last one to sell? Is there some way to figure out when the shorts are covering or more importantly when they are nearly finished covering?

I am happy to ride out the volatility and hang tight to what I own if everyone is doing the same. I am not looking to sell for a few pennies per share and I am not an experienced trader, so I'm just asking for some input from the veterans here!

Sorry for the elementary questions, but I really feel like I'm
missing something. I would like to buy more shares on Monday, however sanity says I should have a better grasp of the end game.

Many thanks, Pam
