GOOD! This means current homes will have a higher demand therefore appreciation will start to happen all around.

This is a great sign that there will be a housing shortage. Whenever you see builders building less, you have to realize that means more demand for existing properties.

Great news. Thanks. Also note: people will be living with other people to cut expenses cost.
