I would like to post the email I received from JB in its entirety but without permission that would be inappropriate. I can tell you that the certs have been medallion signatured and its now up to the TA lead time for processing and updating the actual share count. JB confirmed 46 to 48m as being the outstanding. We ALL knew that however.

NASDEQ is still doing its normal Q and A (after all the JBII filings) so I think its fair to say NASDEQ here we come. Everyone has their own idea as to when this will be announced. Mine is within the next 2 weeks.

Email went into detail about the privatization of Occidental Chemicals R and D department. This is now Islechem if I understand it correctly. JB and Islechem have already documented better results than JBII had previously determined internally. The meticulous mapping of everything about this processor now being done by IsleChem and JBII is quickly drawing to a conclusion , again in my opinion and statements to the end could come very soon. JB admonished investors not to expect any schedule we want to see this pr'd as being a critical goal of the jbii and isleChem chemists toward continuing this validation properly.
