HUTCHINSON, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 2004--HEE Corporation (HCCF on OTC Pink Sheets) Board of Directors announced today they have accepted the resignation of Mr. Sandy Winick as President and Chief Executive Officer of HEE Corporation. The resignation of Mr. Winick is effective December 1, 2004. A company spokesperson stated we are very appreciative that we were able to capitalize upon the talents and expertise of Mr. Winick during the formative period of HEE Corporation. Mr. Winick has extensive outside business and investment interests that required an increasing amount of his time, energy, and focus and he felt it would be in the best interest of HEE Corporation to select someone else who would be able to focus on the future potential of HEE Corporation's proprietary product, HPB-84.
The spokesperson also stated the Board of Directors, Advisory Directors, management and outside consultants would be reviewing potential candidates to fill the position of President. It is expected they will announce their decision within the next few days.
