The Naz composite bottomed early in the 4th qtr of '02 and has been acting in a moderately constructive manner since. It would be more accurate to state that the index in in the process of completing a cup and handle over the course of this trading year that will lead to a breakout.

I am not in the predicting business but find your perspective particularly out of focus and worthy of response

i am not into P&F charting but maybe you could make the case that it's going to fail in it's attempt to breach the spread quadruple top going back to '01 that it is approaching?!
