Jungle glad you think they are worth that much. I was thinking maybe $300,000.00 at the most base on the cost of Liquor licenses and with recent developements in the market maybe $500,000.00 if that much
And sense TG only told us that he bought the rights to the license which in sense in the business world is called a speculative offer I was thinking he paid oh say about $75,000.00 maybe $50K for the rights.
In speclative offers to secure rights usually you pay that $75K up front to own the rights for a set time period, usually 1 to 5 years, the longer it is the more expensive. If that time period expires be for you act on your rights then you lose the $75K and the rights.
that is what I would of done if I was in Toms situation and then I would be out trying to make deals on the rights I own with known investors and leverage those right in exchange for finaincing to expidite my business plans.
