There is no inconsistency...Pike's 13D states that they are in SPNG for an Investment and I will assume that Pike decided to start buying again because of certian impending imminent news (which they may have be privy to). So why would Pike buy if they new SPNG has cash flow probelems...that's negative indicator as far as an investment goes!! A cash flow problems signals that Sales & Profit growth will be inhibited. May be Pike has the bigger picture that we may not be seeing or have access!

Why the inconsistent buying pattern at a high PPS?
