To really set the record straight. Mr Destler is a board member and as we all know he bought shares after 12/4/2008. It would appear that the BOD is no longer prohibited from buying shares as Jim stated they were in the 12/4/2008 CEO message. So my question is this, why aren't they buying shares when Jim said they wanted to on 12/4/08.

This is a very simple question.

Far too many executives have become more concerned with the "four P's" - pay, perks, power and prestige - rather than making profits for shareholders.
