I'm not sure if anyone but Dennis Fisher had the idea to change the top structure of the company. I think he figured out after the conference call there was a need for change. Change in top level management that is not done in a day, a week, or a even a month. I think Dennis Shen found out in Early January he needed to find other projects to work on and not at Biocentric. That goes for Lowell and whoever else left. Dennis Fisher made commitments to shareholders, in essence he set deadlines for others to achieve and they failed. It is not a CEO's job to do the task but assign the task and deadlines, when those deadlines fail to be achieved time after time it is time for someone to leave. I think at the same time Dennis Fisher understood that it was time for him to step down as well and began taking steps to find his Replacement and it was not and is not Dennis Shen. This is just my opinion. NEXT

By the way SteveO17, I sent you an email cause I do not want to give the bashers ammunition.
