of course the shares were retired but we moved out corporate charter to florida and increased our authorized to 20 billion

HESG and The Healing Center of Montana

The Healing Center has a budding business with distribution locations across the state, Michael Smith claims to have the largest medical marijuana collective in Montana.

Through November, there were 5,440 patients registered in the state, and another 495 with expired cards. Flathead County had the second most active patients with 753, trailing only Gallatin County’s 837.

The Healing Center, registered as a nonprofit with the state, has seven “brick and mortar” collectives already open, with another operating in Billings without a fixed location. Three more in Northwest Montana would give The Healing Center 11 total. All of the collectives combined serve about 400 patients and counting, Smith said.

Smith recently finalized a licensing agreement to sell the rights of his Livingston collective

Health Sciences Group, Inc. He said it’s the first public partnership collective in Montana.

Under the terms of the licensing agreement, Health Sciences Group will operate as The Healing Center. Health Sciences Group, Inc., is exploring options of corporate growth within the Legal Medical Marijuana Industry.

Health Sciences Group intends on being the first public medical marijuana company to derive actual revenues from medical marijuana operations.

Although The Healing Center is non-profit, these two new locations would be for profit under a management agreement.

“This is part of our strategy, acquiring existing operations as well as starting new operations.

We feel that the profits in Medical Marijuana are in growing and transportation of marijuana,“ states Thomas Gaffney, CEO of Health Sciences Group

What was the Float 600M? How can 763 Million shares be available for shorting, if 600 Million was only available in the float? Every share +plus that was available for purchase on the open market was being shorted ?
