I agree. I've done a lot of digging the past 2 days and the more I look at it, the more I'm believe there wasn't intentional fraud at the company.

Out of the following companies that EGC has signed MOUs or deals with, only Sovereign Games seems to be problematic. However Sovereign Games did not have revenue from 2006-2008, which are the years in the SEC's investigation.

The only revenues that I can see in question are EGC's sales of the Game Cards that they generated by themselves over the years. I'm not sure who these customers are, and where these Game Cards have ended up. Some were in the lotteries in Kansas and Iowa, but from what I understand, they haven't been sold for a few years already.

If anyone can shed light on these Game Cards, or any other revenue numbers, it would be useful.
