and to u a good day...scrolling thru the SEC data on fails to deliver data this past month brought me to this issue...sounds like they are doing a job, and will be looking into a subscription...as of late have been comparing ftd volumes on about a dozen differnt stocks and graphing that to price movement...IT IS NO WONDER THE SEC STATEMENT IS WHAT IT IS...DISCLOSING THE DAILY FTD RATES WOULD BE DETRIMENTAL TO THE TRADING STRATEGIES OF THE FIRMS INVOLVED...past is no indication of future but does tell u something...legal shorts provide the liquidity,which is all fine and good,but this CRAP with price dropping IOU's dilluting shares is abusive and rampant..not on a bandwagon here...just being aware
