Is there anyone here who knows anything about this stock..I have searched the filings and can not find a bankruptcy, or any other doc. that show they went out of business...I know they must be..no phone number works for them...nothing after 08 can be found...is it an empty shell..who has the shell...the old management from Quintek...any thing anyone has would be apprecieated...

I box is very old so that does not do any good either..I see where it spikes up ever 4 to 6 weeks..today was its downward move...thanks to all for any info you can share..
