What would be the outcome, scenario, and advantages for clicker to reverse split? anyone can offer help on this?

If i owned 500,000 shares, what happens... i understand the 250 to 1 thing, but what is the advantages for the ceo.

I guess my question is why is he doing this and what are the potential implications/outomses for shareholders?
