You are getting ahead of yourself on the "penalty phase". A trial/hearing must take place first.

But there is no question, the SEC has the evidence to support the 16 violations. Some may be weak (or just fluff), but they have strong evidence concerning some of these violations. Which one(s) is anyone's guess.

The fact it's over 70 days since the verbal Wells, is a good sign for SPNG shareholders. Maybe not M&M. But then you have Rosen, so who knows for sure.
