Whay all the hypathetical guessing? i've beeen in all these stocks for a long time up and down made money lost money bottom line is APHY needs to be restuctured find out where the convertables are the holders short against there, positions why not? I think IMAI is makeing a smart decision on investing in APHY they do have the team that handles class three narcotics and an in house former DEA agent as a compliance officer. The problem is the financials get them straight and get current you don't need 3 billion shares out
