Your use of the "penalty phase" is a bit premature. The SEC will give Greenberg & Reilly a chance to review the case and all the related facts. They will have a ONE meeting to discuss various issues, but only ONE. Thats why an accounting professional was retained. "Hard cold facts" will rule the day.
