Apologies for not seeing your posts on this sooner. As most are aware I've carried a busy schedule with little time to monitor the board (have mainly responded to direct replies in my iHub mailbox..and typically from a handset). Had I gotten wind of this I likely would have jumped all over it.

Hmmmm, mid March...and a shareholder's meeting in mid March. Interesting that just the other day I forwarded the following note to a fellow iHubber:

"There is a reason the SHM was called approx 45-50 days in advance of the expiration of the 120 day window. That is all that is worth saying at the moment.

The question is, why? Are the two items related (I believe so), and does the SHM then require an additional 6 weeks for the end task to occur?"

I should add that the degree of "coincidence" associated with this spectrum coming available at this particular point in time, the near identical timing of our SHM (after approx 4 years absent of one) would have to be outrageously startling...and you all know my mantra as it relates to "coincidence."

The question remains as to when they intend to execute the r/s and whether the pps stands to fall. Neustar has clearly stated that Q4 is the compelling quarter.

All of the above is pure speculation and JMO....
