HBWO Nice PR OUT: Harbor Brewing Company, Inc. Meets With Architects to Review Potential Sites for Proposed New Brewery
Company Interviews Vermont-Based Bread Loaf for Design and Construction of New Brewery

SACKETS HARBOR, NY--(Marketwire - 02/26/10) - Harbor Brewing Company, Inc. (Pinksheets:HBWO - News), a holding of Seaway Valley Capital Corporation (Pinksheets:SEVA - News), announced that it has begun discussions with potential architects and construction management firms for the planning and design-build phases of its proposed new brewery. Specifically, company executives met with engineers from Vermont-based Bread Loaf (www.breadloaf.com), which provides planning, design, preconstruction and construction services to clients throughout Vermont, Northern New England and Northeastern New York.

President and CEO, Thomas Scozzafava, stated, "The meeting with Bread Loaf went well, and early indications are that the proposed sites that we had in mind for our brewery could, indeed, work well for us and the community." Mr. Scozzafava continued, "Given that these engineers and architects at Bread Loaf designed and built two similar-sized breweries, that was positive news." Bread Loaf designed and built a 15,000 square foot brewery for Otter Creek Brewery in Middlebury, VT and a 25,000 square foot brewery for Catamount Brewery in Windsor, Vermont.

With its own brewery, Harbor Brewing Company would look to commence commercial production and bottling of a number of labels in its portfolio including Railroad Red, Harbor Wheat and Saint Stephen's Stout, along with seasonal beers such as Ontario Oktober Fest and Pumpkin Spice.
