the Wells Notice is part of the continuing investigation of SPNG by the SEC, whereby the SEC has enough evidence to inform SPNG, Metter and Moskowitz that it intends to file fraud charges against them for a far reaching set of violations of SEC regulations

I didn't know the investigation had been concluded. I thought that the SEC wanted to investigate these matters, hence, the Wells Notice.

Do you have a link to verify for the board that the investigations have been concluded because I haven't seen this information posted anywhere yet.
