Sully has made some great points. We're small fish who are under the control of the MM. They will let this run when it's good for them. We just have to wait and be patient. Just because the MM control the game it doesn't mean you can't win. You just have to play by their rules. I'm not even talking manipulation, just the simple fact that the MM control the liquidity, volume, and price. We only control those aspects to an extent.
