Given Lord Steinberg's involvement I would think the company was legit enough. How if the auditor was doing any kind of job would it take so long if the whole thing was false?

I chalk this up to a mystery for which nobody has answers at this point. I don't believe there were any big red flags.

CFO story was a small red flag imo.
