Charles,

It's Friday morning around 7 here in Utah, I still haven't heard back from you about a tour of the crpk mill. I know you said you weren't scheduling tours until it was running but like I stated in my second letter I just want to see the new cells and if they are installing the "new parts" that should have arrived by now. I would also like to see if the subcontractor that crushes the ore has his equipment there and is ready to start up "Monday". I don't want to go on a long tour and see the mine or the huge piles of ore, just five minutes inside to see what's been done and if there is actually anyone working on anything. Not trying to be negative but we all went two months thinking we were selling concentrate and in reality the mine was not running.

This letter is going to be posted on Ihub so you can respond or not, I'm ready to leave my house at any time and can be there in an hour and a half. Sincerely Kevin
