Yes, that's bothered me since day one. I know Owen came out and denounced them, but they offer strips and coupons, insurance, cruises, Panama real estate, Treasures, (a book thing, I think)never really knew what that one was all about....loans, that one scares me the most, as they are offering a LOAN to people that are in desperate need of money. Why can't they give the money to them, they claim to want to do human development, and humane things for Haiti and others in the world. Well, members of the Petro family are in need, but it seems like all they want to do is suck them dry....
These businesses claim NOT to be a part of Petro, but IMO they are one and the same...they are attached at the hip, whether, or not, they are on paper, or verbally express it...they are one and the same...Johnny also encourages the doubters....he has made offers that would make you feel like you will be rich tomorrow...one of his emails said, " If you are interested in a super luxury yacht - look to Cresta yachts - 3 sizes - I can get them for you for 3 million instead of 9 million." Seems to be a little "mind control" going on here...the whole operation is very questionable. When I asked for my money back, it was through one of the many multilevel businesses...they bought shares cheap, or are a part of Petro to begin with, and sold to me for 10 times more, but the day I got my money back, it was because they had a buyer. That's what I was told....somehow that doesn't seem right, I don't think they have a license to sell stock. The money is wired, so there is not a paper trail....I can see why the SEC is investigating them.
