here's what it comes down..
why is the stock price hovering around .25? on feb 5th the stock was trading over .32
With all the good news that has come out, this pps should be well over .30
think about this, if the warrant holders are forced to cash out their warrants now, they're forced to be long just like the rest of us share holders. say the stock price is $5.oo on Sept 7, these warrant holders could sell their shares for a huge profit even if it drives the stock price down to $2.00. If the company can call the warrants now, they immediately have 5 million to create new tests to license to quests and abbotts.
I mention the Sept 7th date because of the filing below. This is very important to all shareholders. Ideally, the company would want to call the warrants now, especially in hopes of the much anticipated quest announcement.

The Company also issued warrants in connection with the sale of common stock effective September 7, 2007. Each purchaser of common stock received one warrant exercisable at $0.14 (the “Tranche 1 Warrants”) and one warrant exercisable at $0.19 (the “Tranche 2 Warrants”) for each share of common stock purchased or converted from debt. All these warrants vested immediately, expire three years from the date of issuance, and are subject to call rights based upon the trading value of the Company’s stock. With respect to the Tranche 1 Warrants, if the Company’s stock trades for an amount in excess of $0.17 for thirty (30) consecutive days, then 50% of the warrants may be called by the Company.

With respect to the Tranche 2 Warrants, if the Company’s stock trades for an amount in excess of $0.24 for thirty (30) consecutive days, then 50% of the warrants may be called by the Company.

this is so clear there is manipulation right now. There is absolutely NO reason we are trading at .25. The warrants all expire in sept of this year. The warrant holders would much rather wait until September to write that check than now, however, its much better for the company and shareholders to call these warrants now rather than in sept of this year.
