I know its not the same yet, but JBII has the "potential" of getting several contracts and I mean several.

If the sh meeting is in April, IMO all their ducks will be lined up JMO.

As for the shareprice now? Pure manipulation or is there a good fund behind this company that is helping them with the uplist?
