EGMI head office is a PO Box! Concerned that share trading was suspended, and Yvonne had not returned my last e-mail, today I called the S.E.C. They advised me that on 2/19 they suspended trading in EGMI due to "a lack of current information on EGMI's assets". They advised me to contact EGMI, and stated that their physical office location should be the address listed on their S.E.C filings. I called the head office number on the website for info - and got a personal cellphone of someone by the name of "Sean Connolly", who did not pick up. I was in Orange County, so today (Thursday 25th) I decided to visit the address listed on EGMI SEC filings as the "Address of principal Executive Offices" - 5405 Alton Parkway, Irvine California. I drove down Alton Parkway, and was surprised to find that the 5000 block is in a residential neighborhood - away from any offices. After 45 minutes of searching, I found 5405 - it has a pet grooming shop, Karate instructor, and UPS store. After asking some questions, I just wanted to share with everyone that the address listed on EGMI filings as the "Principal Executive Offices" is actually...a P.O box in the UPS store located at 5405 Alton parkway, Suite 5A. (949) 559-5470. I have asked Yvonne to explain this to me, as this information is obviously false on EGMI's SEC filings. I own way too many shares to have trading suspended without an explanation.
