thats your opinion and you're entitled to it. IMO, BEHL's potential, and UPCOMING revenue give it a .01 value. If it wasn't close to .01, it would have fallen much farther from .15 than it did.

BEHL's ideas, and their 6 mil deal as well as the 3rd GEN PBR also increase value and if you didn't see, today there were about 12 million dumped and yet the price never touched .008 Why? Because people are buying at these levels and consider it a steal anywhere sub penny.
