yeah, i hear ya..
i have accounts with both companies and can't trade foreign on either. The best thing about Zecco is their low fees and free monthly trades. I've had the same thing happen to me placing AON trades on TDA. They can be a pain in the ass.

If your looking to trade TSX, you can use etrade but its $20 a pop.
