The BEHL schpeal lol I'm going to reserve my thoughts on this JUNK(edited) lol until next week and for good reason.However I will say imo there is no funding company that will cough up $5million in funding with a capital structure such as BEHL has now.Nor would any funding company willing to do business with BEHL after a reverse split do so in a shareholder friendly manner and why should they?They will be feeding this pig not the market as it has been lol.
When the stock gets rolled back and funding does happen?The funding company will want to )control the market while diluting to make their money back plus profit first.So they won't care about price as much as liquidity.That is not be good for those with heavy bags now.
IMO the BEHL pumpers will be out in full force today spinning this scpeal into something good lol for you to buy.IMO Fisher knows the form 10 fiasco is coming and does not want to deal with it.
More next week after some digging further into the schpeal deal lol
