I can't imagine there are many, if any, long term shareholders who would throw in the towel now. Perhaps the shock of trading under a dollar for months has unnerved someone, but this is unusual compared to most of the development years and those were years without the kind of interest that is on record today. Maybe a computer trading program would sell, but why would someone who has held on through much leaner times? Total desperation might trade dollars for cents, but where is someone going to put their diminished funds these days? I'll cash out of Torvec for a 1% money market?

Some posters have speculated that it would be prudent to have actual stock certificates in hand. Normally this would not be an issue, but let's say Knight fails to deliver anything and folds overnight with key people going underground. How far up the food chain would that go? UBS, etc. are holding an empty promise? Do they make good on their trades? I would hope that would end it and long term shareholders would be able to cash in any hard earned gains, but in this business climate nothing would surprise me anymore.

Hennessey Performance just announced a 720HP Camero. I hope they try an Iso-Torque along with Cadillac and every other car maker/modifier. Some orders, road tests and articles would go a long way toward putting the entire 'short' question away. That day seems possible now and I hope it is soon. I also hope that determined investors who held the faith will be able to capitalize without being sandbagged by sleazeballs. I consider anyone who pretends to buy stock shares without putting up money, actually taking shares, and failing to deliver when called on their position, a sleazeball. With all the government that is being shoved down our throats, you would think someone would be on this. I say that with the full understanding that the current Sec of Treasury admits he can not fill out his own income tax form. 'Heaven help us,' as my Grandmother used to say. Meanwhile here are some wonderful things, IMO. http://www.hennesseyperformance.com/
