We have to ask why they don't start crusher man today, or why not last week? It is clear to me that we have some form of financing in place, and also that there are achievement goals in place. Start the mill & release funds for crusherman and fuel, and payment of workers. Good thinking STF/LTF backers. You finally have learned!
