I posted this last night but have not received a reply,

Could it be Frank is trying to postpone raising the pps to avoid owing so much taxes, for a major rise in the market. I really don't know how the tax thing works with share price of a company. I know to avoid taxes on revenue he could just offer it free for the rest of the year but he could also be trying to keep that low to so he can show a loss. Just a thought.
