excellent information.......wow!!........I always wondered exactly how this illegal trading practice worked.........I wish I would of read that months ago........interesting comment about the guilt felt by management......makes me kind of feel sorry for these guys....they're up against great odds to turn it around........also, looks like 0.0001 is impossible to come back from w/out dyer financial consequences......for everyone's sake, I hope (hate that word) they don't take it there...........it's crazy to think Canada is to blame for our spiraling downfall.......13,000 naked short accounts in Canada, who would've guessed?...........I always thought of the Cayamans and the like to be offshore accounts, but Canada?.....that's not offshore, that's just across the border........the article was written 6 yrs ago and I know naked short rules have changed........you seem to be the expert on the situation, so maybe you could let us know if this article is still relevant........looking at the way this has traded, it fits the description of cellar boxing perfectly....bummer.........
