It would be wise to not assume how the company does acquisitions. Wait for the filings to come out, ENTK clearly stated they are becoming current.

Just like the saying "when you assume, you make an ass out of you and an ass out of me" lower pps, or maybe that's what someone wants since they have no shares...hummmm
