Personally, if this is dilution. I seriously welcome it. It's a fight for survival now. The company is low on cash and no foreseeable investors to replenish the cash supply.

I hope we do not drop off more then another 10-15% from these levels. But I rather take another 10-15% hit from here and ensure the survival of the company, than no dilution and we're fighting for cash come 3Q of 2010 and have to liquidate the company and shareholders get driven into the ground....
