It is coming all to common sense. Mill was not working-I would do the same thing. I would not release any PR to shareholders since that would cause a significant drop in share price, possibly to .001 in December.
Another issue was related to letter in which CPRK testified to an inspector that company has no money for fuel to move a heavy equipment. What would you do to avoid higher fines would you make the similat statement.
This is an example of smart management when things dont work. And then when Cu % was not as good as expected wouldn't a good manager look for a differrent method to extract more copper.
So if only those rocks have enough CU, AU, AG, MB then CPRK could make us happier and richer.
