Kelly Kime, President

Mr. Kime has over 15 years experience in senior level Executive roles and has acquired and demonstrated leadership expertise in strategic planning, operations management, business development, technology/capital management, investor relations and land sales and acquisitions.

His experience spans the entire resource sector. Most recently he was President of Prodo Energy Inc, a company focused on acquiring previously producing Oil and Gas properties that were shut in and had reserves still in place. He then became President of the subsidiary, Prodo Resources Technologies Inc. His main objective was to focus on acquiring technologies to enhance the recovery of the reserves left in place.

During his tenure at Prodo, the company acquired numerous wells that were shut in and has participated in projects that have the potential reclaiming 9.3 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 4.6 million barrels of oil.

Mr. Kime has performed evaluations, due diligence and negotiations for land acquisitions from major companies such as Devon, Exxon and Encana.

He has also been engaged to source proprietary /sustainable Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) technology for: Parafex Corp., Strat Petroleum Ltd. Corp., and South Shore Resources.



Randy Dae Won Su, CEO

Mr. Su is Senior Executive with New World Petro Co. a company with proprietary alternative energy technology, establishing processing plants in a number of countries in Central Asia and the Far East. Mr. Su holds BA in International Business from the University in Seoul, South Korea and is a well respected businessman within the Korean community in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Su brings knowledge, good contacts and relationships in neighboring countries who have indicated strong interest in waste oil recovery technology and products.




Chaim Flatt, Executive V.P.

Mr. Flatt holds B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Kaunas Polytechnic University in Russia. He brings over 30 years of knowledge, experience and network of contacts developed in the areas of project development, financing and international trade. Mr. Flatt is President of Arad Energy Products Co. which has been involved in projects in the Russian Federation and other CIS countries since the late 1980’s with focus on the natural resource sector. In the past few years Mr. Flatt has concentrated on trade of oil and oil products, which has allowed him to build a very good network of contacts in the Russia and the CIS.



H. Sam Hyams, Executive V.P. & CFO

Mr. Hyams holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from York University in Ontario and is a professional accountant. His extensive experience over the past 20 years in Canadian industry and on the international scene has included positions in finance and accounting to assisting in establishing new ventures by securing financing, and managing their business plans. Mr. Hyams has also acted as a consultant to small and medium sized businesses, advising them on strategic plans for growth, acquisitions and divestitures



Philip Kung, Executive VP

Mr. Kung is a professional accountant who has built a career as a Financial Planner and Advisor to professionals. He is a Certified Management Accountant and is a designated Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Kung brings many years of experience and a strong financial network to assist the company in developing and implementing financial strategies to build the entity.
