Do you have any info on where Caldwell's contract stands compared to other small like companies? I know another small biotech I own ($150M cap) pays our CEO slightly less salary. With regard to bonus shares, 7% of the company's value seems a bit steep. this company just allocated approx 6% (3M shares) for the entire management team to be vested over 2-3 years (also they were options to be based at the current share price and not just given to them at a $0 base).

Seems a bit rich to me. It does say the company will ask the Board to approve it> Who is the company (Caldwell?)
