I spoke to Kuni tonight at 5:30 PM EST. I just put my son to bed and this is the first chance I've had to jump online. I had called Kuni last week and left a voice mail and got no call back. I left another message this afternoon, and voiced my concern at no financials and even said I was starting to wonder if the company was a scam. He called me back and was pretty short as it sounded like he was busy, but he was very professional. He told me that the delay was due to the US CPA and the Japanese CPA having to make the final reconciliations. He said he expects the financials to be posted next week, perhaps on Monday. He said he can't say too much but that investors would be "very pleased". He apologized for not calling me back last week and asked if I needed the IR number. I told him I had called Chuck's phone number that was on pinksheets but that I got a full mail box and couldn't leave a message. He said that the number had changed to 858-213-4143 and also stated that this changed number would be PR'd along with the financials so that investors had the current info. I asked him if fins would definitely be out next week and he said he could not guarantee it but it was "most likely". He said he had a call tonight with Japan to go over the numbers more.
Having had this phone call and then reading trade champ's email posting, I'm feeling very solid! I must admit that the bashers had been getting to me as of late and I was beginning to question if this was a scam, but I feel much better now.
