What he doesn't understand is this.
He’s acting as if this is the first time any country has ever forgiven a debt to another country.
It has happened throughout the history of the world.

Now then. What would piss me off as a country would be if I forgave debt, and then that country turned around and suddenly made themselves instant (as Forrest Gump would say) Gazillionaires. (if that was possible, we know it's not)
Now I know he think it’s the plan that they forgave debt and now are holding dinars waiting for the big RV to get repaid… but if that was true, then why isn’t Kuwait and the other countries that have refused to forgive debt going along with the plan. It would be so simple if that was the case.
The reason is, there is no plan like that. Countries can’t just declare themselves wealthy. It’s a fantasy.
