Even more lunacy.
How many times have you been told that Iraq will not lop because lops are only for struggling countries. Not a powerhouse like Iraq!! That has been pumped and pushed repeatedly.
Well check out this list. These following countries are like Iraq, this is a list of the other countries in the world currently under an IMF Stand By Arrangement. Some real powerhouses here.
