Pertaining to a stock like SGCP:Is this like telling Alqeada(sp) when you're coming. This could be a brutal 8 months or so. Short while you can?. Damn, Another day another stupid Gov. decision. If they care about the investor or fairness in the market, something like this needs to be implemented immediately if your gonna do it. Not with an 8 to 12 month heads up. This cant be good in the near future unless your a shorter. I may go sidelines till this plays out. Uptick rule next. These may be good things in the long run but it is how they are implemented that really determines their success.

Someone please tell me otherwise. Tell me that it doesn't matter for pennies.
