SO LONG AS THERE IS SOME VALUE WHEN YOU DO DECIDE TO SELL.......

This looks more and more like a BK every day. Even an RS wouldn't save it and would in fact further spell out failure. Well, perhaps more NOTES will keep us feeling good.
