G...Its pretty painless to setup an account there. Only thing that kinda bites is that you WILL wait 72hrs from the time you put in a funds transfer from your checking account until it is available for spending. I also have etrade (9.99) and free level 2 and it takes roughly 72hrs to post from a funds transfer but it is available to buy stock immediately from when you initiate the transfer!
