Lehman Faces $900 Million Loss If Investment Vehicles Are Shut Down

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. says it's in "serious jeopardy" of losing $900 million it's owed unless it can take steps to prevent two investment vehicles from being dissolved.
Lehman is asking for court approval to pay the fees and expenses of two Cayman Islands-based special purpose vehicles that are in "imminent danger" of being dissolved because the fees have gone unpaid
